Summary:

We are made up of ministry-minded people, using state-of-the-art equipment, accentuate and harness sound, video and light to reach out for Jesus.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

FOH Engineer

  • Responsible for the overall sound quality during LIVE services and events.
  • They manager the audio that the congregation hears, ensuring clarity, balance, and an immersive worship experience
  • Responsible for Sound Check, Mixing, Troubleshooting, Maintenance, Collaboration

Mons Engineer

  • Responsible for creating and managing the audio mix that musicians and vocalists hear on stage through their monitors or in-ear-monitoring systems.
  • Responsible for Monitor Mixes, maintain clear communication with performers to adjust their monitor mixes based on their feedback, setup and configuration of IEM and stage monitors, making sure they are working correctly, troubleshooting, and provide technical support to the performers regarding their monitor equipment

Broadcast Engineer

  • Responsible for managing audio for LIVE streams and recordings, ensuring high quality sound for remote audiences.
  • Responsible in his/her work and is able to work alone in the Broadcast studio
  • Able to take weekly feedback regarding quality of mix

Stagehand/A2

  • Responsible for managing audio equipment, assisting with setups and mic checks, making sure it is ready for use, and ensuring smooth transitions during rehearsals and services.
  • Provide assistance to the FOH engineer, Monitor Engineer and broadcast engineer as needed.
  • Ensuring backstage area is safe, clean and free of obstructions. “

Selection Criteria

  • Commitment:
    • Availability: Able to commit serving twice a month, attending Rehearsals on rostered weekends.
    • Reliability: Demonstrates punctuality and dependability
    • Willingness to Learn: Attend trainings when required to.
  • Excellence:
    • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of quality in all technical aspects
    • Adaptability: Able to handle unexpected changes and challenges with poise and effectiveness.
      ** Technical Proficiency: Basic Understanding of Audio is a plus. (Training will be provided for new members)

    • Collaboration: Able to work well with others, open to feedback and willing to give constructive feedback
    • Supportive Attitude: Willing to assist and support fellow team members, fostering a positive and cooperative team environment.
    • Responsibility:Takes ownership of tasks and is accountable for their role within the team.
