Role 1: Frontline Coordination
Service Coordinators are responsible for ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted service by coordinating physical aspects and movement involved in a service. They shall refer to the service order and coordinate the service and transitions of service segments, communicating stage movements to the relevant stakeholders.
Role 2: Projectionist
Service Coordinators are responsible for ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted service by being trained in projecting correct media on screen in accordance to the service order. In the event of deviation from the arranged media, the projectionist shall troubleshoot, identify and correct the issue.

- Able to make quick and effective decisions, especially in response to sudden changes or unexpected situations during service.
