Summary:
The Administrative Volunteer will provide support to the administrative team of Lighthouse Evangelism by assisting with various office tasks and projects. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative operations and supporting LE’s mission and goals.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office tasks such as data entry, answer phones, take messages, and direct calls/messages to the appropriate staff members.
- Assist with data entry, maintaining CHMS databases, and updating records.
- Follow-up with church members on church events, assignment of CG and discipleship classes etc.
- To assist administrative staff in preparing and distributing of resources such as t-shirts, wristbands, writing materials, etc., for church events.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to organization policies and procedures.
