The Old Has Gone, The New Has Come

We all have different circles in life and there are people or things we deeply love. But when these things take the place of God in our hearts, our love for Him can slowly grow cold. What once gave us joy can leave our spirits dry, like the dry bones in Ezekiel 37.

Yet, the God who brings dry bones back to life can renew us too. His breath brings life, restores what is broken and raises us to our feet again.

A renewed spirit is not meant to remain still. God created us to be fruitful, to multiply and to make His name known. As Speedlight and Lighthouse enter a new season, may we return to the purpose of our faith — to disciple others and make Christ known.
