Keen to have exposure and apprenticeship to various aspects of church ministry, including pastoral care, preaching, discipleship, outreach, administration, and corporate services?
LE internship is designed with the aim of developing pastors, church planters, and ministry workers.
The intern will be assigned to a Ministry or Corporate Services staff for supervision. The supervisor will work closely with the intern to define the competency development needs of the intern and assign projects, programme, and training skills suitable for the intern.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum age requirement starts from ITE and/or Polytechnic onwards.
- Able to commit at least a period of 3 months to 9 months.
- Demonstrate commitment to Christian faith and values, with a strong desire to serve in ministry.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate well to people of diverse backgrounds.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team and follow directions from senior pastors and church leadership.
- Able to work on weekends and be involved in our church services on Saturdays and/or Sundays would be preferred.
