The Corporate Communications Executive will provide communication and
administrative support to church policies and processes, as well as to internal and campaign
communication.
This role reports directly to the Communications & Social Media Manager.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Facilitate and execute internal & stakeholders communication.
- Support development and update of crisis communication.
- Drive and manage campaign and project communication.
- Coordinate and execute social media campaigns and track analytics.
- Support website revamp and updates.
- Assist with copywriting and content development.
- Support and assist with special projects (where applicable) and any other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of related experience in administration or mass communications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and preferably, Mandarin.
- Self-starter with a good learning attitude, and a strong team player.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
- Able to work on weekends and be involved in our church services (5-day work week).
