Service Operations Executive

The Services Operations Executive must be spiritually matured, vibrant, and has a deep love for Jesus Christ. He is responsible for the smooth and effective execution of the church’s weekly worship services in all her worship venues, as well as any other church-wide special services as assigned to the service operations team. He will be reporting to the Service Operations Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to the Service Operations Manager to ensure smooth execution and operations of the services and events
  • Coordinating, facilitating, and administrating all aspects of service operations to ensure the smooth and effective execution of the weekly worship services and any other church-wide special services
  • Providing general administrative support to the department including, but not limiting to attending and coordinating interdepartmental coordination meetings, periodical reporting, managing projects, preparing reports and minutes of meetings
  • Operating service operations related equipment and systems including, but not limiting to Planning Center Online, ProPresenter and Riedel Communications System
  • Liaising, coordinating, communicating, collaborating and partnership with various stakeholders including, but not limiting to volunteers and vendors to ensure all service operational needs are met in a timely and effective manner
  • Leading, serving, or supporting the Church’s ministries and their associated activities in addition to the departmental responsibilities
  • Participating in ad-hoc activities such as projects, committees, and events, etc.
  • Providing administrative support to associated events and programmes of other departments and ministries (where applicable)
  • Performing any other primary, secondary and general duties as and when assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preferably a minimum Diploma or Degree qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant operations management experience
  • A keen eye for detail in planning and coordination.
  • Able to calmly respond, handle and resolve operational issues and incidents
  • Strong interpersonal and volunteer management skills
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
