This is a program where attendees will be taken through a series of both aerobic as well as muscle-toning exercises following the rhythm of praise music. The regime aims at increasing a person's strength and endurance. Some of the exercises are done concurrently with prayers to God for healing to take place in parts of the body that are not functioning at its full capacity.
