Events Executive (2 positions)


The incumbent manages the entire process from the planning stage, right through to running the actual events and the post-event evaluations. This position reports to the Events Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with research and conceptualization for events and programs
  • Coordinate and manage event logistics
  • Plan and implement publicity strategies
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across the organization and event vendors
  • Provide on-site event management to ensure successful execution
  • Manage event budgets and track expenses for programs
  • Post-event evaluation and report on statistical data to demonstrate event effectiveness
  • Perform administrative functions for projects


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong planning and coordination abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
